Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it is shipped from our Warehouse. Please contact us to initiate a cancellation request.

After we review the cancellation request and if it is approved, we will offer a unique coupon code in the amount of the original order. You can use this code to shop for other products on our website at the time of checkout.

Once a request for cancellation of an order is placed, we cannot Undo the cancellation.

I no longer want this order and want to cancel it but it has already shipped. What should I do?

Please note that once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept the delivery of the package, do not open it and then you may contact us for an Exchange. The terms of the Exchange Policy will then be applicable and you can refer to the policy for further details.

My order was Cancelled by Little Threads, why did this happen?

If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and if you have already paid for the order, we will provide a refund. 

Additional Information:

If any or all the product(s) that were originally part of an order placed using an offer are cancelled, then the offer will no longer be applicable on that order. The benefit of the offer will also not be included in the Exchange.
