How do I exchange a product purchased on Little Threads?

Little Threads offers its customers an ‘Easy Exchange Policy’, wherein you can raise a request for exchange of any individual product in your order or all the products in your order, within 1 day of its delivery. However, please note that an exchange request can be made only once per order.

Please Contact Us to request an exchange. In the contact form, please be sure to select a reason for requesting the exchange and add any additional details that may help us with your request.

After receiving your request, a member of our team will reach out to you and coordinate the pick up. Usually, the pick up of the product(s) would be within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the exchange process and issue exchange credit only if the product(s) is received by us in its original packaging and unused condition with its original invoice and with seals, labels and barcodes intact.

I do not have an account on Little Threads but I want to exchange my order. How should I proceed?

My exchange request was accepted and I was granted exchange credit. What is this and how can I redeem the exchange credit?

After receiving your exchange request, a member of our team will reach out to you for further information or assistance. They will coordinate the pick up of the product(s). Once the product(s) is received at our warehouse, a thorough quality inspection will be carried out.

After the quality check, if your exchange is approved, a unique code would be generated and emailed to you which would be valid for single use during check out. This coupon code can be redeemed within 60 days of its generation/when you receive the code.

Please note that this code cannot be shared with anyone and cannot be used over multiple orders.

What product(s) cannot be exchanged?

Exchange will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number or Tag is tampered with
  • Product is used or altered
  • If a request is initiated after 2 days of order delivery
  • Products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange
  • Accessories would not be eligible for exchange
  • If an exchange request for any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined /promotional offer(s) is made, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the exchanged order

If I receive a damaged or defective product(s) or a wrong product(s), how must I proceed?

Little Threads ensures that the shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. Furthermore, to avoid such situations, prior to the shipment of your order, we will send you a photograph or video of your order and confirm that all the products are included and are in good condition.

However, in the rare case that your product(s) is damaged during shipment or transit or if you have received a product(s) in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product(s), you can request for an exchange by Contacting Us. I didn’t receive all the products in my order, what do I do?

To avoid this situation, prior to the shipment of your order, we will send you a photograph or video of your order and confirm that all the products are included and are in good condition. But, in the unlikely event that you do receive an incomplete order, please Contact Us.
