This privacy policy sets out how the Owner of the Brand Little Threads and their affiliates (“We”, “Us” or “Our”), having their registered address of business at “Swojas House”, Prabhat Road Lane No.14, Income Tax Office Lane, Pune,  Maharashtra – 411004, India, and operating this Platform, use and protect any information that You, i.e., the User, provide Us when You use Our Platform. We store and process Your Information, including any sensitive financial information, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules made thereunder as well as this Privacy Policy. By accessing and/or using this Platform, You signify Your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Depending on Your Supported Device’s settings and permissions and Your choice to participate in certain programs, We may collect the location of Your Supported Device by using GPS signals, cell phone towers, Wi-Fi signals, Bluetooth, or other technologies. We will collect this information, if You opt in through the Platform or any other program (either during Your initial entry or later) to enable certain location-based services available within the Platform. To disable location capabilities of the Platform, You can log off or change Your Supported Device’s settings.
