Refund Policy

Once the exchange request is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved by our team. Our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order within 2- 4 business days. At times, there might be some delays due to unexpected and unavoidable challenges.

Please return the Product[s] in its original packaging with Price Tags, Labels, Freebies {if any} and the original receipt.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, there will be a quality check and your exchange will be processed {in 4-6 business days}.

Which are the items that cannot be exchanged?

Exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number or Tag is tampered with
  • Product is used or altered
  • If a request is initiated after 2 days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand (Freebies)
  • Items bought on sale are not eligible for return
  • Accessories would not be eligible for return
  • If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined /promotional offer(s), are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund
