I placed an order on Little Threads, now what can I expect?

All orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. A member of our team may reach out to you to further confirm the order prior to shipment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can also pick up your order in-store.

How can I pick up my order in-store?

  • IN STORE PICK UP HOURS ARE 11 am to 8 pm on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Little Threads, Swojas House, 1st Floor, CTS no.116B, FP no.44B, Prabhat Road Lane no.14, Income Tax Office Lane, Erandwane, Pune-411004.
  • After placing Your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 8 to 10 business days. A member of our team may reach out to you to confirm your order. We will send You an email when Your order is ready along with pick-up instructions. Please have Your order confirmation email with You when You arrive at the store.

How do I check the status of my order?

Prior to shipment of your order, a member of our team may reach out to you to confirm your order.

When Your order has shipped, You will receive an email notification from Us which will include a tracking number You can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and be sure to add your Order number, and we will look into it for You.

I didn’t receive all the items in my order, what do I do?

To avoid this situation, prior to the shipment of your order, we will send you a photograph or video of your order and confirm that all the products are included. But, in the unlikely event that you do receive an incomplete order, please Contact Us.
